Upon entering Meymandi on Friday night, 12/2, for Handel's Messiah, I became flustered when I could not recall my four tickets on my phone using the Ticketmaster App. We were asked to "stand aside" while I fumbled with the app (the real problem I think was that I entered my password incorrectly). So, upon throwing myself at the mercy of the staff at the counter saying "My App is not working correctly," we were 10 feet from the "Ticket Counter." The staff worked their magic. The attendant had found me in their computer, and printed out our tickets within 30 seconds upon being asked my name and ticket count. Praises for the Ticket Staff at The Duke Energy Center/Meymandi Hall! They made the evening a grand affair. Hallelujah!
